Who is Yahuah?
The Eloah of Israel Revealed in Power, Fire, Covenant, and Glory from Genesis to Revelation
The Eternal Creator
In the beginning, Yahuah created the heavens and the earth (Genesis 1:1). He alone stretched out the heavens and laid the foundations of the earth. He is the First and the Last, the One who gives breath to every living thing (Isaiah 42:5).
“I am Yahuah, and there is none else, there is no Elohim beside me.” Isaiah 45:5
He Revealed Himself to Israel
Yahuah chose the descendants of Abraham, Yitschaq, and Ya’aqob to be His people. He made Himself known by His Name and His mighty works. In Egypt, He struck the land with plagues and broke Pharaoh’s pride. With a mighty hand and outstretched arm, He delivered Israel from slavery (Exodus 3:14-15, Exodus 6:6-7).
“I am Yahuah your Eloah, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.” Deuteronomy 5:6

He Came Down in Fire
At Mount Sinai, Yahuah came down in the sight of all the people. There was thunder, lightning, thick smoke, and the sound of a shofar that grew louder and louder. The people trembled, and the mountain quaked greatly (Exodus 19:16-20). Yahuah Himself spoke the Ten Commandments to Israel every man, woman, and child heard His voice (Deuteronomy 4:10-13).
“Yahuah talked with you face to face in the mount out of the midst of the fire.” Deuteronomy 5:4
His Name is Set-Apart Forever
Yahuah revealed His Name to Moshe saying, “I AM that I AM” in Hebrew: EhYeh Asher EhYeh. He said, “This is My Name forever, and this is My memorial unto all generations” (Exodus 3:15). His Name is not a title. It is set-apart, unmatched, and never to be replaced.
“That men may know that You, whose name alone is Yahuah, are the Most High over all the earth.” Psalm 83:18
He Is Righteous, Merciful, and Just
Yahuah is compassionate, longsuffering, and full of lovingkindness. Yet He is also just punishing iniquity and visiting it upon the children of the disobedient. He cannot be bribed or corrupted. He never forgets the oppressed and defends the fatherless and widow (Exodus 34:6-7, Deuteronomy 10:17-18).
He Is Our Deliverer
Over and over again, Yahuah delivered Israel from enemies, famines, giants, and nations mightier than them. He raised up judges, prophets, and kings to restore the people to the covenant. He is not distant He is near to all who call upon Him in truth (Psalm 145:18-20).
“Stand still, and see the salvation of Yahuah…” Exodus 14:13
He Sent Yahusha, the Word Made Flesh
In the fullness of time, Yahuah sent His Son, Yahusha Ha’Mashiach, to be the atonement for Israel’s sins and to open the door for the stranger who turns to Yahuah in obedience and faith. Yahusha came not to destroy the Torah but to fulfill it (Matthew 5:17).
“This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye Him.” Matthew 17:5
He Will Judge and Restore
Yahuah will regather the remnant of His people from every land. He will judge the nations, purge rebels from among Israel, and establish His Kingdom on earth through Yahusha. The Torah will go forth from Tsiyon, and all flesh will know His Name (Isaiah 11:11-12, Ezekiel 20:33-38, Micah 4:1-2).
He Alone Is Eloah
There is no one beside Him. He is not a trinity. He is not part of a religion. He is Yahuah the self-existent One, the Mighty One of Israel, who keeps covenant and mercy to them that love Him and guard His commands (Deuteronomy 7:9).
“Know therefore this day, and consider it in thine heart, that Yahuah He is Eloah in heaven above, and upon the earth beneath: there is none else.” Deuteronomy 4:39
Fall Before Him
Fear Him. Obey Him. Love Him. Teach your children His ways. He is not hidden — He has shown Himself. Through fire, cloud, covenant, and blood. The whole duty of man is simple: fear Yahuah and keep His commandments (Ecclesiastes 12:13).
“Let all the earth fear Yahuah: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him.” Psalm 33:8
