The name Ahava means love in Hebrew. We teach that covenant love is more than a feeling: it is expressed through obedience, loyalty, correction, truth, mercy, and care for one another. Yahuah loved Israel this way. Yahusha demonstrated love in action. We seek to live that same calling.

Ahava~Love Assembly identifies with Yashar’el (Israel), the descendants of Abraham, Yitshaq, and Ya’aqob. We do not organize ourselves around a conventional religious denomination. We seek to follow the Word of Yahuah and the example of Yahusha Ha’Mashiach.

OUR CALLING

• Keep covenant: hear Yahuah’s instruction and walk in His Torah
• Declare truth: teach the Scriptures and encourage the scattered to return
• Walk like Yahusha: practice faithfulness, humility, righteousness, and love
• Strengthen households: raise children in Scripture and wisdom
• Welcome the sincere seeker: guide the stranger who desires to learn Yahuah’s ways

WHY WE TEACH

We teach the restoration of covenant identity and encourage people to examine the Scriptures rather than accept inherited religious assumptions without question. We reject false representations of biblical people, including Europeanized depictions of Yahusha, and affirm the dignity and heritage of Black Hebrew Israelites. Our aim is to teach, correct, rebuild, and prepare our hearts through repentance and obedience.

OUR CONVICTIONS

• Scripture above man-made tradition: examine every teaching in context
• Yahuah and Yahusha: honor the Names used in our assembly’s teaching
• Torah and obedience: grace is not an excuse for lawlessness
• Set-apart living: truth should shape speech, relationships, and conduct
• Unity without elitism: reject racism, pride, and division
• Love in action: service, mercy, and truth belong together

THE SCRIPTURAL FOUNDATION

Deuteronomy 6:4–7 — Love Yahuah and diligently teach His words to your children.
Jeremiah 6:16 — Seek the ancient paths and walk in the good way.
Isaiah 56:6–7 — The stranger who joins himself to Yahuah is welcomed.
John 13:34–35 — Love one another as Yahusha commanded.
1 Peter 2:9 — A chosen generation called to show forth His praises.
James 1:22 — Be doers of the Word, not hearers only.
